Ms. Jennie Vital — Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Jennie Vital is an operational leader with more than a decade of experience driving Medicaid transformation, building scalable programs, and advancing health equity through innovative care models. She translates strategy and policy into operational reality, guiding organizations through program design, implementation, and sustainable execution.

A trusted leader in Medicaid delivery, Ms. Vital has launched Accountable Care Organization programs across Massachusetts and supported California providers with Cal-AIM Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports implementation. Her work helps community-based organizations integrate into the healthcare ecosystem and develop the operational infrastructure needed to participate effectively in Medicaid systems.

Under her leadership, cross-functional teams have completed state readiness reviews, executed large-scale system integrations, and launched programs addressing housing and nutrition needs for Medicaid members. Ms. Vital has also led health equity initiatives to reduce disparities and expand culturally responsive health education within BIPOC communities.

Her professional experience includes roles with Beacon Health Options, Boston Medical Center Accountable Care Organization, Steward Health Care Network, Together We Stand Corporation, and other healthcare and community-based organizations.
